Why “Pitot”

The instrument that reads true airspeed

A pitot tube tells an aircraft its true speed when the pilot’s senses cannot be trusted — at altitude, in cloud, at night.

We took the name deliberately.

The metaphor
In an AI-mediated market, a brand’s instinct for how it is perceived is exactly the instrument that fails first. Pitot is the reading you can trust when intuition can’t see.
The discipline
An instrument does not flatter, and it does not guess. For a firm whose product is incorruptible measurement, the honesty is the positioning.
